Just got a new motherboard i5, 16 GB RAM, and the game installed fine and I got into the rooms. But of course I was quickly told to get scripts. Downloaded and when the green bar gets almost to the end, it says 'installation failed'. It's always on the same file too...the one that ends in 'silent'. Any ideas thanks.
Oh, and I created a Norton block for that file and it seemed to bypass the AV but still didn't install. Thanks.

Norton is one of the world antivirus's that has ever been created.
It's not doing you any favours, remove it and install something that's far better.
Microsoft Security Essentials, it's free too.
