That's actually exactly what I did. I voted for the one with the history of having a swaying opinion. My train of thought being that if he was ever to face something controversial, such as SOPA (granted Romney actually did not support SOPA, this is merely an example), then a large influx of mass opinion would be more effective to sway his decisions.
Also because Obamacare scares the crap outta me.

I don't think any of the idiots that approve of Obamacare understand how it works .. LMFAO.
My parents own a company and would be required to pay for insurance for all their employees, taxes would be raised astoundingly, and every person in the USA would be required to pay for health insurance. It's not as great as you out of country people seem to believe it is .. ? I know if my parents are supposed to pay for everyone in their company in this shit ass economy they might as well declare bankruptcy right now. Did I mention that almost no insurance providers would cover the costs of their patients anymore and they would lose all business? Anyone that works in a healthcare profession is royally fucked if Obamacare passes. Fuck Obama, worst thing to ever happen to the working people of this country.
The amount of uninformed / retarded Obama supporters is astounding, atleast all those minorities that don't understand anything and are extremely poor got their votes in! Good thing Obama made sure that the military absentee ballots that would have swayed the vote in Romney's favor arrived late as well and weren't counted. Good job.

Firstly I'm a little puzzled; your parents, as company bosses, would now have to pay for health insurance for all the staff, AND taxes would go up a lot? can you please explain to me, as a non-American, why that would be the case?
secondly, is that something you've heard your parents complain about, having to sort out health insurance for their staff? If I heard my father complain about that, my response would probably be to ask him why he hasn't done that already.

Will, first you get insurance, because if you don't you'll get fined. Now that you have insurance, go to the ER every time you get a cough. Otherwise you'll never get your money's worth!

Yeah because it's so easy for my parents to run a private optometry business when most of the insurance companies will no longer cover private practice and on top of that most patients cant even afford health care anyways so they buy the cheapest eye exam and glasses walmart has to offer usually totalling 2.25 and then on top of that you've got to provide money for salaries for 50 people and buy them all health insurance .. in this economy. Seems pretty plausible. Go Obama.
