So this has been happening to me lately.. I accidently tap my touch-screen monitor or my cat does (which he does frequently because he's always on my desk :@) and renegade becomes unresponsive. I can't chat, I can't use F8 commands, I can't move or shoot.
It never did this in previous versions.. what's going on? Any ideas?
Edit: Also, if I end the task via Windows Task Manager, the program goes away from my taskbar however I can still hear it running in the background like normal :\

You could try using windowed mode for the moment, or try enabling vsync. I haven't heard of anyone with this problem

Yes, every time.. even when I use it with Renegade minimized, if I switch back to Ren, it's completely unresponsive.

The drivers for his touch screen monitor aren't written as valid Windows input device drivers and send a mouse click in a similar way a triggerbot would.

lmao, you remind me of this guy i know that told all his friends he worked at a Best Buy (electronics store) for literally 4-5 months until somebody actually disproved it (by going to the store and asking for his name; they all said they had never heard his name in their life)
basically he was just borrowing money from people under the grounds he had a job and could pay it back and would buy reefer with it, but he never actually had a job
few months later, a friend of his gave him a Best Buy shirt as a joke for Christmas - he sent me a picture of it thinking it would be funny; I did not find it funny that he just reminded me of how much of a piece of shit he was
that is the kind of person you are Azazel; he was the kind of dude that could joke around about something he got blatantly caught doing and act like he didn't do anything wrong and nothing happened, and then he would be a hypocrite and put somebody else down for the same thing
it is called being a psychopath/sociopath fyi

Your thinking into this too much. raven obviously doesn't use it and with iran's comment "hanging around with azazel maybe??" - it seemed an appropriate response. I've made amends for what I've done and I'd rather joke about it than dwell on it. Its in the past now.
I can see the comparison that your thinking of though and do understand what your saying, but as I said your thinking into this too much.

so its something with touch screen monitor i think o;
i got 23" acer T231H multi-touch monitor and it happen to me alot time to :/
i got that since using Windows 8 and TT RC1 o;
