I think someone has forgot about countries like Sealand...
Very small naval floating island, which has its own flag, currency, passport, international football (football, not handegg) team, and kingdomship. You can pay them ~£35 and you will become a fully fledged Lord of Sealand, with title. Approximately 4 (four) people live in the country.

Actually, the UK Regonises Sealand as a country due to the lack of jurisdiction the UK courts had over a shooting that happened there.
Secondly, Germany also recognises Sealand as a country due to the issue of a former German attempting to assassinate the Prince and holding his son hostage. Germany negotiated with the Prince to resolve the issue, in return for Germany recognising it as a country.
The wiki page explains both of these.
There are also around 6-10 more Micronations, some even located within towns inside other countries, but they are considered their own country and nation in themselves, with their own flag, coat of arms, national anthem, and everything else.
