When you start TCW first the EA logo appears, followed by the TCW splash and then the GDI Command assignment intro after which you can select your menu option.

Single Player will be implemented, we are working on it right now.
Multiplayer on Westwood Online is not implemented, only Gamespy is supported.
MP Practice allows you to host a 1 player game on any of the TCW maps.
MP Tutorial is the map to play to learn the basics of the Multiplayer aspect of the mod.
Options and Quit speak for themselves Razz
