It seems like, when a shell gets created from a Nod APC and turns into a cargo truck, you need to shoot it a bit and then repair it in order to get the APC back...

Is this a server side issue or is this a TT issue?

The option was commented out for a reason. I'm the one who made the ssgm.ini file. It's not meant to be a shell. I used it as a shell on st0rm because I modified the Nod_Truck_Destroyed preset myself.
