tratos and his knoledge of the tacitus is not very well explained from my point of view, kane should know much more than tratos about aliens´s technologies.

You mean for question #3? The submarine and MiG was in RA1, 2 and 3. The Badger Bomber was in both RA1 & 3, but the V2 was only in RA1 (unless you consider the V3 and V4 in RA2 and 3 respectively to be the same unit that the V2 was).

I play the black-suited commando character that takes out a guard (played by Frank Klepacki!) in "Red Alert" - I think that guy's my favorite. Even though he's only on screen for about a second and a half, I created a rich and detailed backstory that motivated his every move - he was married to a chemistry professor and lived in a small Colonial-style house with their 2 children, twin girls named Nancy and Darla. If you watch carefully, you can see that he moves with a slight limp - the result of an old college Lacrosse injury. His favorite color was yellow, favorite food was pork chops, and he collected baseball cards from the 1970's. I was really hoping that the fans would notice such attention to detail and demand that character get his own spin-off game. No such luck.

Frank Klepacki also played a few parts, on that note, if I recall. I can't remember them all, but I'm pretty sure he has.

Klepacki played one of the guards in a RA1 FMV as soon on his Wikipedia page that havoc9826 linked, he also played one of the "Net runners" at the end of the Nod campaign in C&C95.
It's the "C&C: Voice of the Commando, and I also appear as a nod cybersoldier that gets electricuted."

we're not counting expansions, then? cos tratos is in both tib sun and firestorm. dr giraud is in both c&c3 and kw.
mobius is in both tib dawn and renegade (assuming it's the same guy; it might not be)
