Spamming the server has the effect of making the chat lag, and making the players unable to see normal server messages and chat in-game and distracts the players from the game. That is the very definition of a Denial of Service attack, even if it IS on the low end of the spectrum. If you disagree, I would be more than happy to send off the logs to your ISP's abuse department and let them make the determination.

You are making a huge mistake taking some random guy's comments as an argument. If you dig further, you will see that the man tried to scam me out of thousands of dollars and after my lawyer took a look at what he was trying to do to me, he sent a couple of letters to get him to drop his bullshit lawsuit against me. I stole NO money from the fake union that didn't even exist, and he was trying to extort thousands of dollars from me. He had to drop his case against me to avoid being counter-sued. If you look at Arizona state court records, you will see that he is currently in a trial with the Arizona State grand jury for his scam and he will most likely spend a lot of time in jail.

Also, I did not borrow anyone's money but Bank of America's to start my business. And I did pay it back to them. His comments are slanderous but since he doesn't have any money, it's not worth my time to sue him for it. I also didn't feel the need to drag the argument into a courtroom because no one in this city takes that crackpot old geezer seriously.
