F**K IT! MY RENEGADE DONT WORK ANYMORE TRYED REINSTALL
STILL I GET SAME ERROR HERES THE ERROR:

my operation system is windiws XP and i just open control panel clicked uninstal when uninstaled i click control panel again i click instal when instaled i click play then popups error as the ime in first post

After uninstalling you should delete the Renegade folder to make sure it hasn't left anything behind. Follow the re-install guide cmatt42 linked in his post above to make sure everything works properly.
