I don't use either. I bought some when I first started... but they just don't stay in place and slide down to my wrists/ankles. So I just stopped using them.

If you're the type of guy who likes to wear BDU and other tactical clothing, then some of the jackets and pants actually have built in pads for your elbows and knees.

I just thought if you may have any ideas on any airsoft specific/military pads. I currently use a pair of black pads which I use for mountain biking which is really more of a stop gap and doesn't give the authentic look.

I checked out the BDU's with built-in pads and they are great but they give a loose fit; I like my pants to be snug and not baggy around my legs so it's easier to more about. Works for some though...ty!

Unless COD was declared real life, I'm pretty sure you can shoot someone without killing them... hell, I'm pretty sure you can remove an entire limb without killing someone.
