what gets me is that steve wasn't even an inventor, he was a very good ceo/marketer
apple is still in good hands with jon ive around
i've got a MBP because it's easily the best notebook on the market. i don't think steve was too interested in the MBP line these days anyway, so his passing likely won't affect me as a consumer.
crimson, you should wait for that samsung/google announcement. i have a feeling android 4.0 will finally be up there with iOS and WP7 in terms of smoothness/usability. personally, a 3.5" touchscreen is too small and my main issue with the 4S. apart from that, it's a very good phone.

Crimson wrote on Thu, 06 October 2011 22:33 | LOL @ people who didn't educate themselves on the features of the new iPhone 4S and think there's nothing new. The REAL problem is that it doesn't have a new case so people won't be able to recognize the new phone at a glance.
The features on the new phone have me considering moving off BlackBerry and into an iPhone for the first time.
But hey, you guys can enjoy your iPhone and iPad and iPod knockoffs all day long, while cursing the man who transformed the industry for those products.
RIP Steve Jobs. Just proof that all the money in the world can't fix a failing body. Fuck cancer.
