Quote: | A meme acts as a unit for carrying cultural ideas, symbols or practices, which can be transmitted from one mind to another through writing, speech, gestures, rituals or other imitable phenomena. Supporters of the concept regard memes as cultural analogues to genes in that they self-replicate, mutate and respond to selective pressures.

Stupid Internet shit does not fall under the context of cultural identity. I know it's popular to misuse words like "meme" and attribute it to anything that someone parrots. Repeating something often does not make it a "meme". The point of "all humans are violence" is to illustrate the futility of debating with the poster. Their post is clearly of no value.
Calling "memes" a cliché is the best definition - they're incredibly overused statements/images/phrases that people parrot in order to look "hip" and "trendy".
So, in summation: all humans are violence
