Why would they? That's the pack that removes smoke as well..which is a cheat.
Hell I bitch about the smoke a lot(I can never see when using my mammy/arty in a firefight), but there's no way I'd use that at all.

Also would someone remove that link to it...holy christ almighty on a stick. TT complained about Building Bars..this is way worse. >:P

I did not (and don't) know what those changes do, but it remains up to the server owner to allow or disallow whatever they do.
