should be a code of conduct for mods .
code of conduct or rules for the moderators. What I want to do is prevent mods from carrying out their own personal agenda against members they don't like. Such as banning a member that they don't see eye to eye with. This way I can point to the rules and be like no that is not how things are done.
loads of games have this but is there one for ren and should they be .?

Helpfulness:
- Mods should reply to player posts to the best of their knowledge.
- Mods should try their best to make sure their sections are active.
- Mods should select some excellent posts to add to the Guide Index.
- Mods should delete advertisements, promotions, spam, nonsensical posts, cheat posts and offensive posts in their sections as quickly as possible.
Fair Judgement:
- Mods should abide strictly by the forum rules. If they disagree with another player's opinion they shouldn't delete, lock, or shield that player as long as that players content conforms to the forum rules.
- Mods should not be unfair or abuse their powers, like taking revenge on players.
- When a Mod has to move, edit, lock or delete a post, they should write down the reasons for doing this, preferably quoting the forum rules, when they notify the player.
If any question, doubt or objection occurs after this, the player should PM the mod to clarify the reasons.
- Mods should report important information to administrators regularly, and offer feasible suggestions as well.
- Mods can move threads to the mod room, where the topic will be discussed by other mods and the admin.
- Mods cannot ban forum users, bans are made by the Administrator only when a ban request is made by a moderator, supplied all the necessary proof.
- Mods can't share their authority with others aswell as access to the Moderator Room.
- Mods should not slander IGG in any form
- Mods should strictly stick to the Principles of IGG Forums when taking any action.
