This might have just been a random glitch, but it happed one out of 20 times, might as well point it out now just in case:
index.php?t=getfile&id=13725&private=0
Looks like somehow it took a picture before it was done rendering the frame... or something (yes I have vsync on).

It writes screenshots in a low priority thread on the background (can take up to a few seconds, especially when making many screenshots). Is it possible that the game was quit before this thread was done?

Nah doesn't look like it because I took another screen shot 9 minutes later... in 2010... okay never mind, this was when I was taking pictures in one of my 4.0 tests a long time ago I guess just wasn't aware they were all stored in a new location so I didn't know they were being dumped there I suppose.
