I have never posted on here before now.. I just want to invite anyone to join our chat. Back in the old days before I took over Nite-Serv we had renegade servers were thriving and haveing a good time. Since renegade is not really any fun to me any longer.. and I dont see the sense spending money on a server to run a empty server.. seeing as for the most part renegade is getting closer to death. Nite-Serv is now mostly a chatting community, our IRC network irc.Nite-Serv.com is ran by me and we have a few communities linked with us, such as kamuix and cloud-zone along with a new one called steel guardians. Im sure a bunch of you hate any of those communities including mine, But on IRC everyone is cool, our central channel #hangout is where i chill at, and not much goes on usually, thats why im posting this to get more users on there, that are interested in general chat of any kind, i do however ask you to not bring too much drama, or be a complete dumbass. We try to help any we can, mostly me helping with any IRC issue there is, Even running/hosting your own IRC. We have a nifty server called "Janus Internetwork Linker" it links different server, such as right now st0rm for an example, on a per channel basis. You can create a channel (share it) and then take claim to it so no remote networks can override and get chan ops. Its a very nifty server and i invite any other networks to message me or ask to join up. this link might help out with anything you might want to know off the top

Description of janus:

Janus' short description is the Janus Inter-Network Channel Linker. In basic terms, it provides server administrators the ability to link non-common IRCds as if they were the same flavor of IRCd. Both networks may keep their services, and both networks can be picky about which channels they would like to share, and the channels they wish to keep local/private. As JanusIRC used to say "It is a Relay Bot on steroids."

We have a website with a few options for webchatting at http://nite-serv.com either java or flash chat. depending on what you prefer, i might throw up more options later.. such as mibbit and qwebirc, just havent got around to it..

Again I invite anyone that needs anything or just wants to try and chat up to our network, theres plenty there to offer you just needs someone to use it.. oh also! we do have a minecraft server, at mc.nite-serv.com its on our network in #Nite-MC if you love minecraft check that out, i'll have to allow you build rights for you to build though...

I think thats all I wanted to say for now. Cheers ^^
