I don't really know how many developers there are here who actually like this sort of stuff (issue/bug tracking software), but I thought I would share my latest project "FaultTrack". It is hardly perfect, but it has been really fun working on it so far. Aside from the image below, here are some more.

Yeah, the icons are part of the Visual Studio and Team Foundation Server icon distributions for developers. A unique icon pack is in the works, just is not a high priority.
Testing is still open for a few weeks, so if you have a real need for bug tracking at this time, I am still collectiing user experience feedback.

It doesn't currently, but that is the next feature in the lineup; actually. TFS integration has been planned from the start, but for first release decided to exclude it. By the way halo, I've been trying to get in touch with you regarding BitFlex.

It is not, but it is going to be reasonably priced for various forms of licenses that will be available based on client needs.

Right now it supports SQL Server (2005(untested, currently)/2008/R2). Off the top of my head here are the planned features (in order they will be pushed)
1) TFS Integration
2) Oracle MySQL support
3) Web API
A service that will also be available is that I will provide FaultTrack hosting. This is something that is easily already provided. Essentially you may not have to purchase a license, but there would be a monthly fee (I have not decided anything having to do with sales pricing, focusing only on development phase right now). But there are a lot of possibilities.
I will be getting a web page on the site up for it soon, but that's on the backburner as I also just put my framework up on source control (open source) and am also working to get that exposed on the side.
There's a huge list of possible features to come, but right now KISS feature development is the goal.
The database setup looks something like this:

Thought I would share a goodie with everyone (1920x1200 Desktop Wallpaper).
I didn't think I would get such positive feedback on the project from everyone, but because of the motivation I was able to architect a database independent framework for the program, so MySQL support will be included in the first release of the software.
For those who asked if there would be a free version, there is a possible "Lite" version being speculated, but for those who wouldn't be able to afford a one-time license purchase there will be a hosted solution available for a monthly fee which will be as affordable shared web hosting. Exact prices are not available yet, but the project is definitely under a lot of development.
If anyone has any other feedback, or again would like to get involved in testing a pre-release version, the window of time is still open for it.
