Sorry if this was in the wrong place i wasnt sure where to put this but how is the the player list in the top right hand corner of the screen removed say for screenshots (i do know ive asked this in the past but i cant find it)

Rename BandTest.dll (to whatever) found in your Renegade folder, download this and place it in your Renegade folder, after that you should be able to just use hud 0 and everything will be gone from the hud.

hud 0 doesn't remove everything, it leaves player list and some other things.
