So, I recently put in a GPS Hud (not sure if that's what you exactly call it, it's the HUD with the minimap). I'm posting in regards to see if I can edit the files to change how the HUD looks? If so, what are the files and can I open them up in Photoshop without any plugin?

If I am understanding you correctly.
You want to change the way the graphical interface of the Hud for the Mini Map right?

Well if so, download XCC Mixer and and find the right graphical DDS file and make something new.

It's easier said than done though,
but let me know if that's what you wanted to know.

I think the files you want to edit are in your Renegade Data.

If you still have the GPS hud download, just open this archive. You will find some .dds or .tga files in there which you can edit in Photoshop.
