what is 32 MB / 3D T&L capable?


32MB of card memory.

T&L is Transform & Lighting. They probably mean Hardware based. In that case, a Geforce-256 and Radeon 7200 and up should handle it.

It says that Halo PC is coming out NEXT month. September 30 it says.


My mistake, I thought it was out already. Yes Sept. 30th is the offical release date, but by then it will be 4 months until Halo 2 for xbox. I think that's bad timing.

w00t, sept 23rd????!??? I thought it was September 29th and HalfLife 2 comes out on September 30th.... Looks like Halo is using some of DX9s features, I thought it looked too good for Dx8.1 Shocked

Half-life got pushed back, might want to check your dates. Last I heard it was Nov. sometime now.


No, it's still on for the 30th. The delay was just a rumour that was later dismissed by Valve. Unless this is new delay...

Anyway, it's a stupid idea to bring Halo out on the same day as Half-Life 2. If people had to choose between them, I'm sure HL2 would come out tops, judging by the amount of hype it's getting.

Nah Halo has been getting alot of hype also. The only reason hlf2 has more is because halo hasnt released any new videos except for the recent multiplayer which not alot of people can see. It will be close which is better though. I guess we will know Sept 30.
