Just a reminder, our next scheduled game will be Sunday, December 5th. Regular time: 8 PM UK, 3 PM EST
The teams will be random, with teamspeak automatically placing us onto our proper teams as well. This allows for clanwar-esque communication yet the teams change like a public server. Great way to meet and play with a wide variety of players, and maybe even learn a thing or 10.

I don't know who 'we' is, but Goztow and I originally planned it to be every 2nd Sunday...
We discussed if it should be Saturday because some people prefer that, but we ultimately decided for it to be Sunday based on other reasons.
I understand this is a public server and public teamspeak that is always up and available now? (I could be wrong) If thats the case, then by all means do something Saturday. Let's just not get it mixed up with the bi-weekly 'official' lobbywar games that we've already scheduled and advertised for 2 weeks.

just do it both days,
people can show up to either or both.
We should just get in the habit of telling everyone to meet at that time on EVERY Saturday and Sunday if they are available, that way people start to get more familiar and it may start to become habit

I'll try to make it to both days as well, I should be around. I know it would be nice to have this scheduled every weekend both days, I just didn't want to jump the gun to quickly and oversaturate. We can discuss for next week if we want to keep it bi-weekly, only Sundays, or every week both days, etc.

Just to be clear, when Spoony and I decided on Saturday cause he couldn't make it Sunday, I had completely forgotten about the bi-weekly official thing being on Sunday. I'm not trying to change that or anything.
If it ends up being making it every Saturday and Sunday every weekend is too much, maybe we can try every Sunday, and then if it's still too much, just go back to what Whiskey had originally planned.

Normally we do these on Sundays but Spoony can't be there Sunday and they are a lot more organized in general when he is there, so lets do it on Saturday @ 8PM GMT, 3PM EST.

My original plan was to just get some lobby wars going. I'm glad its taken off like it has. And that teamspeak changer - haven't got to use it yet, but it sounds awesome. I always wanted something like that, even way back in the 'cugsworld' days.
The more Ren, the better.
But with that said, you guys did sort of step on our toes by placing an event a day before our previously scheduled event. Now players might show up Saturday, get their fill, and not return for Sundays game.
Spoony is a good team leader to have during the games, but I wouldn't be re-scheduling events over his absence. We don't really need someone to 'organize' anything anymore. At 3 PM, You just jump into teamspeak, just into the server, and go. No need to pick teams, etc.
You didn't realize though, so no problem. We'll see how things go this weekend and make decisions from there.

it certainly is a lot better without the necessity of not just picking teams but keeping them balanced (saying no to people who show up late, having to drop if someone leaves, etc)
i think i0n may have been referring to team leading, but never mind.
sure, let's call sunday the official date. if people are on on saturday night we could have a few games too.
