No, I do not think it would work. The water is going round and round and would get to room temp pretty quickly.
If it did work, then you would see condensation, so you'd need a drip tray or a way to reprocess that condensed water.
Perhaps if you had a way to keep the water cold, then it might have some merit. But short of ripping apart a freezer, you'll end up having to put ice in that cool bucket all day long.

So no, it wouldn't work like that, and no, not worth it either.

Get yourself a v8 or a v10 CPU fan if you want your shit over-clocked.

If it condensates and the water drips down on your hardware, you're screwed...You'd best buy a good CPU fan or a water-cooling system.

I just thinking of a way to get cooler air into my system, since my room is usally hot, or maybe a water to get soem tubing and hook it on the exhast and run it out the window lol

That won't work very well. The best way to keep your stuff cool is water cooling, but it's expensive. Good air coolers will do the job fine. Frio is a superb choice.
