Newegg is awesome with their refurbs. As long as you don't mind getting JUST the card with none of the extras (sometimes you might get the full box), you can score an awesome deal on any of these cards. Any of them would be better than a 9200SE or 5200U. The first link is for a 9600Pro for the same price as the 9200SE you found.
