Just recently my girlfriend bought a TOSBIBA satalite pro and she wanted firefox due to the fact that her IE8 kept crashing. Angry

So i go to download it then all of a sudden i get a BSoD but unfourtunatly it was a quick flash typo and it proceeded with parts of it all mixed coloured Sneaky

Her OS is windows 7 professional but the twist is, that i have Windows 7 home premium and my firefox download doesnt BSoD me.

BSOD aren't caused by a download or program but by hardware or driver problems.
