Renegade has worked on this computer.
The computer is Windows Vista
Directx version 10 (Will be 11 Very soon)
Graphics card: NVIDIA GeForce 8400 GS (Has been upgraded since list setup, and it is MORE than able to run renegade)
Manufacturer: Hp

Sounds like a scratched or otherwise damaged CD to me... there's an ISO download of the installer disk kicking around somewhere which you can use with a valid serial key, I am sure someone will be kind enough to post the link or you could hunt through a few topics in this forum area until you come across it.

It could be that the part of the disk that has the installation file required has been scratched after you installed it last time.
I do not have a link to the ISO's to hand, sorry.

Liquedv2, yew need to branch out a little on your thinking. I'm sure you'll twig it soon enough, but you're barking up the wrong tree.
The map is budding with new ideas and great game-play, AitcraftKiller just has to get to the root of the problem, it seems to have him pretty stumped right now.
Leaf him alone, he's doing a good job. I'm going to go out on a limb here, and say this map isn't fir you.
Anyway, this thread is really starting to lumber along, all this over some sap's map? I thought the game was dead, but this thread at least is poplar. It makes me pine for the days of yonder.

I install renegade laptop the install from ISO has stopped renegade setup error ask for CD in rom... i did buy new CD and install it same things also i done regedit deleted proivous renegade in hard drive and install same things has stopped on 0%.. anyone know how to fixed?

it was fixed... found out that i turn off internet securty and let it install working... internet securty were blocking setup (didnt alert pop up)
