I received mine within 6 hours or so. Just make sure your account is set to the correct email address. My friend needed one to fun the FDS he owns and it seems to work fine.
MODS: make a stick post with the URL above in as it's handy for people needing the FDS serial for their account. Or just make this post sticky.

i know what you mean, i recently submitted a request for one, now that i finally have a second comp to run the server.
Taking forever. Been 1 week now. Maybe i should start spamming EA......
