hey I've been making maps for awile, and I just got a new laptop with windows 7 on it. I downloaded renX (renegade public tools mod package)and RenX works, however renegade editor is missing all its presets, modles and more interestingly when i make a "new mod package", I cannot find the folder under /renegade public tools/Level edit. I don't know if its because of the windows 7, or if since i don't have renegade installed yet if that is the problem. any help?

LevelEdit works fine under Windows 7, however it uses file system virtualization since it can't write to "Program Files". Assuming you installed it to the default path, you'll be able to find the mod folder in "%UserProfile%\AppData\Local\VirtualStore\Program Files (x86)\RenegadePublicTools\LevelEdit". Note that the (x86) only applies if you are using a 64-bit version of Windows. You can also browse to the folder you installed LevelEdit in and click on the "Compatibility Files" button below the address bar. This will take you to the same folder.
