So i made this mixtape sine i play along on party's and i wanted to record one....

Hmmm...

I think you made a nice track list. What I don't like is the way you mixed the tracks in, it's pretty obvious where one track gets mixed in/out. It does however have a real house sound to it Wink

Edit: what's the track at 9 mins?

Yeah thats correct, normally i use the crossfader to come up slowely when adding a second beatdrum to the song.
It makes the song better of having a lot of sounds.

Now lately im mixing up all tracks for a internet radio initiative.
www.sound-officials.nl , a lot of things to do though.

Thanks though for your reply.

Im not at home right now, so i forgot the song name.
Most of them have been mixed to this kind of tracks.
I will come back to this later.

Personally I don't like the use of a crossfader. While it does it's job, I prefer the use of bass/treblle mid sliders to mix in the tracks. This is indeed a bit more complicated, but if done right it's certainly worth the effort.

I have to note however that I might be biased. I'm more into Tech-house/Techno than into House, but that's mostly because of the bass.
