I just like that the topic is "Top 3 of all time" yet everyone is mostly mentioning people that are still active in the community, because the majority of the people here weren't around when real modding was getting done. The vast majority of people making stuff now just play around with photo shop filters, rip things from other textures, or add random, useless things to the model. Check the skins section of cncnz, or cncden, if you want to see some real skins.
