Got the original problem back!

After many attempts I managed to install it, now when I run it I get the orange "loader" screen that says 'Command And Conquer Renegade' then a few seconds after that goes I get the 'Renegade has stopped working'.

I posted about this around 6 months ago and didn't really get anywhere.
What I had the game on my computer it would load a black screen, then comes up with 'Renegade has stopped working' and crashes.
A friend of mine said to uninstall and then manually delete anything that was left behind.
So I did that and recently found the installer disk, now I run the installer and I get up to the actual loader (Where the units/guns appear and the bar loads). Then it crashes before it even reaches 1%.

Im on vista.
I have no skins, maps, patches or scripts installed (As everything is GONE)
Renguard isn't installed.
My specs are shown below..
Please help me :/
