It isn't an invasion of privacy due to a technicality.

Since a school is open to the public, they simply have to make it a rule that if someone wishes to come in then they therefore allow themselves to be tested.

It's like using a piece of software. In order to use the software, you agree to the terms of service.

If it is like the Terms of Service then denying such test that gives them the ability to suspended/sent to an alternative education program(AEP)? Like disagreeing with the Terms makes you unable to use the program? because i find it annoying that on occasion i will be taken from class for a stupid ass Drug Test i'll pass every time anyway...

Probably. They'd probably suspend you for "insubordination."

But it's America, you'd be able to legally fight it and something would be found unconstitutional and everyone involved would lose a little bit of them inside. :V

When I was in 8th grade they took away our Spanish, French, and some other classes that would have given us a head start in high school... Then they gave us more English, Math, Science, History classes because they said our school's test scores were way to low the year before and the state was gonna step in if they were not raised. So after all that and we got a really high average on the test... they told us, "oops, we didn't need to do that for this school the scores were never that bad, we got our schools mixed up"...

Then when I got to high school I transferred schools at the start of 11th grade, I ended up losing half my credits because 2 schools in the same city were on different computer systems... then I was even more fucked because they did not give the same classes, so I started in the middle of classes I knew nothing of.

Then they give all the funding to the rich schools, leaving the poor schools looking like shit still... when the funding was granted to fix them...

Yea, our edumakashin system sucks ass.

WOW Clark it took you that long to realize that? but yea all schools here care about is ratings if the grades are low the ratings are low if the ratings drop to a certain point due to the grades they will call it "helping the grades" when its really "we want the grades higher so we can have a good rating and gain money"
