Probably dirt on the sensors under the buttons on the mouse, if you have a compressed air can try pointing it beneath each of the buttons and giving it a quick blast.
That or buy a new mouse, they are hardly expensive... you can get a decent Logitech mouse for about £15.

problem with compressed air i have this model

id try force but i dont feel like breaking it ... yet
would it just be better to get a new one?

If it has no warranty (or the warranty has expired) and you're comfortable with doing it, you can probably unscrew that and expose the underside...

I'd suggest just getting a new one, you shouldn't worry over a cheap mouse like that. Look for a good mouse on sale, I got the Logitech MX620 on sale for $30 one day
EDIT: Borrow a friend's mouse if you can just to see if that is the problem, before you go buy one.
