ok got it to load thanks to advanced window care now how to i get it above 60 fps?

i usually run mine in windowed mode and at the start of the game i press the "F8" key and c, then click enter.
I also run a program called Game booster. It closes any unnecessary background processes,
Gives only couple extra FPS but every bit counts =D
