Sniping in Renegade is something only a handful of people ever did properly, and were good at it at the same time. I'm talking about people that refused to use ramjets, changed positions frequently, and preferred playing outside of the tunnels. Most people just used sniper rifles like they were shotguns, that's not sniping.

I usually snipe like this Very Happy

though I do use third person when walking to my destination.

I was actually a damn good sniper awhile back, kinda lost that now, though. I do take up the role whenever some hotwires/technicians need their heads popped, though.
