As long as there are an equal amount of spawners per building, obviously. The chance you spawn in one of the buildings is not affected by this, only the order has been changed from semi-random (it was somewhat predictable) to fully random. I have no idea whether you would like to have equal chances to spawn in either building, but that's technically hardly possible because afaik there's no real connection between the PT and the building.

You can better ask more specific questions though, because I'm only guessing what you wanted to know in the first place now.
