little renx problem [message #412162]

Yeah well,

I'm busy with a model,
I was putting textures on it, so I selected just a part of the model, then I accidently I zoomed out...
And now I can't find my model anywhere in Perspective view,
I can find it on the other screens tho.
I saved it, restarted renx and opened the model,
but there it saved my location where I was on the perspective screen...

So yeah I can't find my model anymore and don't have a clue how to get there again......
Is there something like a button for it to go to your model?

looks like you zoomed in too much. You could zoom out a bit then use the tool in the right bottom of the screen that looks like a < to zoom in without making the model dissapear. Press the cube in a frame on the right bottom to make the camera show your object.

I know how the < Zoom works...
But it isn't the case that I zoomed in too much

I was zoomed in alot because the model is always that small on renx,
but now I zoomed out and idk why but I saw my model very small on the screen, then I moved with the 'Hand icon right below' and it was lost....

Also, when I hold my mouse on the perspective view,
it gives me this coordination on the bottem:
X: [-1,#QO] Y: [-1,#QO] Z: [-1,#QO]

On the other screens when I hold my mouse on it,
it gives the right coordinations, for example:
X: [0,0] Y: [-1] Z: [0,2]
Which is good

Or you could just press T with the perspective view selected to have it center above your model and then rotate and move the view to wherever you like it from that position.

Personally I never use 4 panes, I change it to just show one, four is just pointless and confusing to me.

yeah I've tried that, nothing happens.
Tried to select all over the screen after pressing that,
nothing gets selected....

Also tried to make the model huge and then search for it,
sadly I still couldn't find it :/

Can I add you on msn so we can talk?
