Quote:

A 15-year-old boy had his Xbox taken away by his parents. Disgruntled, the boy called 911 but then hung up, reported the Chicago Tribune.

The police eventually showed up to residence to investigate. The boy asked authorities if his parents were within their right to take away his Xbox. The police told him that they were.

While the police did not find out why the boy was being punished, they advised him to listen to his parents.

15 years old?... What the fuck?...

What I don't understand is why programmers spend time and effort to code a decent enough usage filter system when no one either:

1. Knows it exists.
2. Understands what it is.
3. Knows how to use it properly.

They could be using their resources more wisely... :\

He's 15 and calling the cops because his parents took his Xbox because he can't stop playing it... that sounds like something you'd get from like, an eight year old.
