Hey all i would be happy to get som answers on this.
I have heard som1 say that you can get somthing that replaces the radio commands in-game with som mission sounds that everybody
can hear in-game. Any suggestions?

well, some servers have that feature, it's not radio commands, it's for example when you type something in chat is plays sounds from single player. worthless imo, but you can't have it client side

It is just i played on a bulding server yesteday and then a player joined and he could make all those features and i and the others could not and he said that he have replaced the radio commands with these sounds.

Actually, you can.

I recall lance3066 saying he did just this several years back. The only thing though was that it was an objects.ddb and therefore didn't play nicely with servers and such.
