As a native Bulgarian, I can completely agree with the point of your picture, but it's stupid and ignorant to think they don't have burgers in Europe.
The main difference being in American burgers and European burgers is that they use a lot less corn in Europe (Since it isn't heavily subsidized like it is here in the United States), which leads to a less-fattening meal.

I'm just glad that we Americans generally have the sense to consider being morbidly obese to be fucking disgusting and a completely undesirable lifestyle. Generally.
There are some great women and some not so great women all around the world. These pictures never really made sense to me.

Most likely. I frequent fast-food establishments and take in a lot of High Fructose Corn Syrup, which is something I wouldn't be doing if I lived in, say, Europe.
