There is a guy on top of a comm tower in the second last mission who apparently has ramjet, but once you kill him, the gun will not stay and will disappear.
I believe that I have searched for it on that roof, but no luck.

Actually, in the very last mission after you save Sydney if you backtrack to room just before you fall into the tiberium mutant pit, you'll find Heavy Black Hand soldiers using railguns. Once you kill them, Locke sends in one of those reinforcement crates with a ramjet with full ammo in it. You can find the reinforcement crate in that same room that has that Seth guy from Tiberian Dawn frozen in that tube, but only AFTER you save Sydney and AFTER you dispatch the railgun Black Hand. This entire time you have to make sure Sydney doesn't die (Which can get a bit tricky in the Tiberium pit), since if she dies you lose the mission.

Is this for real? I remember there was a Black Hand with a ramjet on top of the communications center...I got up there by changing the gravity of the vehicle I was in...the ramjet had 1 round per clip, so it was pretty useless.

Although I think we're talking about two different missions. I'm talking about the very last one when you're inside the Ion Cannon'd Temple of Nod. That is an indoor mission, and there obviously aren't any communication centers there.

I know we're talking about different missions...I don't have Renegade installed and couldn't be bothered playing through the entire game anyway...just interesting that there's a way to get the ramjet without cheating gravity...is there a way to get the shotgun or the railgun (there are Black Hands with railguns???)? I remember Patch's gun sometimes spawning at the beginning of the last mission, but have never found those other two ingame...
