Changed textures, changed weather and time settings, added tiberium clouds and added hanging lights in the tunnel.
You have two to choose from with this release; Day and Night. They also have several major texture differences between them, it's not just weather and time settings changed.

Both are included in the download, just pick which one you would like and put that mix in your data folder. (For the night time one also add the w3d file contained inside the folder.)
