I already see a case where one player is playing for multiple communities. I am going to give communities a chance to fix this, but once the tournament starts penalties will start to be applied.
If a player is caught playing for multiple communities:
1. The offending player will be disqualified and no longer able to play in the tournament.
2. The offending communities will have a 14 spot roster instead of 15 the rest of the tournament. If it happens again with the same community they will keep losing roster spots.

I went over with arny about this like 4 days ago, he said he was going to delete my name off the list, i did not want the shadow-team list submitted until done so, but someone else posted the roster. Arny said he would delete it a while ago, i guess he is just busy.
@ Mr.Mom: If you would like to see the conversation between me and arny regarding this a while ago, please say so. I know the rules, and had no intention of breaking them, to me it would be unfair for me, and for the other communities if that is your decision.

Clearly. You think that I can simply edit the roster?.. It isn't my problem, Arny told me he will do it, and he will. I am simply asking that no penalties be taken against me. Once again, I am willing to show Me.Mom the conversation between me and Arny, well before the Shadow-Team roster was submitted. Obviously if it is edited before it starts, I am not to be punished, but if it is, I should also not be punished, and i am just trying to clear that up, in case Arny never gets to editing it.
I know you were kindly trying to help TD, but i simply asked for Mr.Mom to post; I already knew what you posted.

Hate there will not be any penalty applied to you as long as when the tournament starts you are not on both rosters. I will talk with arny about editing his roster. You are in the clear as you have tried to resolve the issue before the tournament started.
Also anything TD states is just as valid as me seeing as we are running this tournament together.
