Without making another w3dview, there's nothing we can do. However, do note that the line properties do load properly so if you manage to edit them somehow they will work properly.

I am actually working on a seperate emitter editor program to solve this problem... it won't have any visual stuff though, just drop downs and input fields... you can load the edited ones in w3d viewer to preview changes.
