I looked up this "Violation code 431.322.12 of the Internet Privacy Act", found out that it was some made up bullshit some guy made. Do you seriously believe that saying "You cannot persecute me" will give you legal immunity?

I take it all back. I see you've added a ROM section. If you make this part good and useable and robust, I (and a few other people, I'm sure) would be willing to submit to the terrible looking banners and color schemes do get a few juicy ROMs (Although I've noted you don't have anything for the NDS. Too bad).
But only once. After that, I might not come back until I needed more ROMs. Better than nothing though, right?

I'm not trying to bump and OLD topic.
I Just wanted to let you all know this website has completely evolved from how it used to be. Still uploading downloads daily.
But overall quality, this website has changed and looks A LOT better than it used too.
I hope you all like it!

I like the style more now. I'd advise you to change the homepage layout a bit. Noone cares about the playlist: put that somewhere at the bottom. Keep the news at top but maybe make 3 columns: a small one for logging in, a bigger one for the news and a third one for the popular downloads.

If you don't have anything positive to say, then why mention it?

I would say a negative constructive comment IS positive.
I wouldn't use a website that looks very cluttered with usless infomation with a bad colour theme and a humongous ugly banner. You also have loaded it with useless scripts, such as the "download counter" which only frustrates me more when I can't find a direct link and have go through more than enough links to find something. The HTACCESS logs provide a good enough download log. Negative comment? Yes it is, I'm entitled to it.
