In wat? ur server? it has to be modified in a server or if its your own then you going to have to do level edit work

The oby gun is only availlable in a few, modded, servers. The easiest for you is to do !help or !commands in F2-chat, it should explain you how to use the different modifications. If it doesn't, you can ask the question on the server's forum.
I removed the unhelpful replies in here and gave a warning to canadacn for his "advise".
