Hello, for one of my classes I have an assignment to ask anyone what they believe through a questionnaire I independently come up with. So here are the questions..
p.s. this is not a debate, an enforcement of beliefs, or evangelism
1. Do you believe in a god(s)?
2. How did you come to this conclusion?
3. What does a god come off as in your opinion?
4. If you do not believe a god(s), what do you put your belief in?
5. What do you think is your personal purpose?
6. How did you come to this conclusion?
7. Are you satisfied right now with who and where you are?
8. From what do you find most satisfaction?
9. Why do you find most satisfaction from that?
10. Do you ever doubt who you are?

Good-luck on your project
1. Do you believe in a god(s)?
No. We live in a biological world.
2. How did you come to this conclusion?
My parents are religious and I went to church as a child. Religion doesn't answer questions it simply avoids them. Science answers questions and proves what I believe to be the truth.
3. What does a god come off as in your opinion?
God to me is a way for people to cope. It provides a source of hope, not being alone and understanding when all seems lost.
4. If you do not believe a god(s), what do you put your belief in?
I firmly believe in myself. I have the ability to accomplish what I need to.
5. What do you think is your personal purpose?
I'm a biological being. My purpose is to reproduce. My goals are not exactly the same as my purpose. Thats what makes me an individual.
6. How did you come to this conclusion?
Life is infront of me presenting challenges all the time. I get through them and push to succeed. Overcoming challenges is the basis for life so why should I expect anything else?
7. Are you satisfied right now with who and where you are?
I am. I can't change who I am and I don't want to.
8. From what do you find most satisfaction?
Making accomplishments.
9. Why do you find most satisfaction from that?
Seeing my skills produce something.
10. Do you ever doubt who you are?
Never have and I don't have a reason to. Matter is matter.

1. Do you believe in a god(s)?
--Yes, I believe in God.
2. How did you come to this conclusion?
-- Because science proves that their is a God, there are many things that they just don't have answers for and things just "happen". I also came to this conclusion in my own religious faith.
3. What does a god come off as in your opinion?
-- All powerful and someone who loves you regardless of who you are.
4. If you do not believe a god(s), what do you put your belief in?
-- Not sure, it would take more "faith" NOT to believe in God. To much evidence proving that there is a God....
5. What do you think is your personal purpose?
-- To live a good life and live with my family for eternity!!
6. How did you come to this conclusion?
-- Learning about God and the tools he has given me to learn about him.
7. Are you satisfied right now with who and where you are?
-- Always trying to do better!
8. From what do you find most satisfaction?
-- My wife and kid.
9. Why do you find most satisfaction from that?
-- There is no other accomplishment that matches having an awesome wife and kid. No accomplishment, no pay check, no reward, no achievement is greater than a successful family.
10. Do you ever doubt who you are?
-- Not exactly know what you mean by that... I know who I am?
