i know its something thats been around for a while but i didnt really pay attention. how do i get it to whre the is no vehicle limit, so i can mess around in a lan game?

i remeber seeing the c130 drop script on a site, but then when i went back to get i most have forgotten the site. i've look all over, i may just be blind. if you could drop me a link that would be most helpfull.
