What's your favorite gun in a video game of all time?
I'm playing killzone 2 right now and I'm lovin the VC5 Electricity Gun. It's absolutely amazing. Look it up on youtube.

My favorite game weapon would absolutely have to be the Half-Life 2 crossbow, because there just aren't many things as satisfying as pinning bodies to the walls with red-hot rebar from across the map.
Second favorite? Quite possibly the hunting rifle in Left 4 Dead, because it is based on the Ruger Mini-14/Mini-30. I own a Mini-14 and absolutely love it, so I favor it in the one game it appears in. Far, far superior to the AR-15. More reliable, more durable, just about as accurate, and costs less even in stainless (who makes a stainless AR for under $700? Oh, that's right... nobody does). Even with an aftermarket stock and a decent number of extra magazines. Number of malfunctions in the four years I've owned it? Zero. Number of targets missed in the same time? Zero. Good gun.
