I do the entire thing, the 8 letter password.
It still won't work. It says "Connecting to Westwood Online"
But, it never connects.
After a while it says:
"Unable to connect to server.
Firewall negotiation complete."

Might seem stupid: but do u have a firewall? Also, could you post what's in the C:\WINDOWS\system32\drivers\etc\hosts file (open it with notepad and copy paste)?
