Every skin i have made so far wich is 1 has had a weird black coating to it covered in black and well idk what to do

Is it a DDS file? If so, did you save it as the correct DXT type?

If you extract them from xcc mixer or w/e it will say it in right top corner... rather dxt5 or dxt3 make sure u save it as which one it uses
